£2.625m Bridging facility – Kingsbarn Capital were able to secure funding on a large vacant industrial building. The funding was at 70% LTV and we secured a VAT bridge also to assist with the purchase. The client was able to refurbish and let some of the vacant space and we successfully re-financed the bridge onto cheaper long term funding within 6 months of purchase.
