We have significant experience of re-financing properties and portfolios’s where there has been an element of debt forgiveness.  Our strong relationships with lenders allows us to negotiate on behalf of the clients in order to potentially negotiate a discount on existing debt.  We can then structure any debt forgiveness with a suitable re-finance package to enable clients to successfully refinance onto long term funding and keep control of their portfolio.

Case Study

£3.36m re-finance which enabled more than £1m to be written off their existing debt from a lender wanting to exit the property sector. We were able to re-finance the portfolio at 70% LTV on a secondary mixed portfolio which enabled the client to regain control of their portfolio and the existing lender successfully reduce their loan book.
